Job Description - Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Symantec is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Contact Center Officer working remotely in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or issues in a timely manner. 2. Respond to customer emails and messages promptly and professionally. 3. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, surveys, or other purposes. 4. Utilize creativity and innovation to find solutions to customer problems and improve processes. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.


Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Creativity and innovation in finding solutions to customer issues. 6. Proficient in using technology, including computer systems, software, and communication tools. 7. Willingness to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
