Job Description:
Bank of America Corp. is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based in London, England, UK, and will offer remote work opportunities. The Contact Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, such as phone calls, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding banking products and services - Assist customers with account management, transfers, and other financial transactions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
