As a Contact Center Officer, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed - Conduct data entry and maintain customer records in the company's database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner - Follow company protocols and procedures to provide a consistent and high level of customer service
