Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Xcel Energy is seeking a dedicated and resilient Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England for remote work. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records in the database - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and escalations

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills - Creativity and strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent
