Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Contact Center Representative to join our team at Travelers Cos. This is a part-time, remote work position based in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding travel insurance inquiries, claims, and policy information - Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Updating customer information in the database accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer service experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations - Negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
