Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team on a remote basis in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are adaptable, resilient, creative, and have strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve call center targets and goals. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. 6. Must be adaptable, resilient, creative, and possess strong project management skills.
