Job Description:
3M is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our remote team in London, England, UK. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone, email, and chat. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance with order placement - Troubleshooting customer concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
