Job Description - Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sears Holdings is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Associate to join our team on a remote basis in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and be able to work independently in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to achieve customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and optimize the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service. 3. Adaptable to working in a remote environment and managing time effectively. 4. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide solutions. 5. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
