Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in London, England. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer care role and possess a passion for helping others and a strong level of motivation.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients. 3. Assist customers with account management tasks such as updating personal information, processing transactions, and resolving issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct strategic planning to improve processes and elevate the level of service provided. 6. Make informed decisions to resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer care role. 2. Passionate about helping others and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Experience with financial services or related industry is a plus.
