Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide support and guidance to customers on products and services. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Continuously improve customer care processes and procedures. 6. Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 7. Energetic and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
