Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


SoFi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a remote part-time position with the opportunity to work independently and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate to higher levels of management when necessary - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of SoFi's products and services to effectively assist customers - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and resilient personality traits with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
