Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Research and document customer feedback to help continuously improve our products and services - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Adaptable and resilient personality traits to handle a variety of customer situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Previous experience with remote work is a plus
