Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Specialist at Fidelity National Information Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients remotely from your location in London, England, UK. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating them on products and services - Research and resolve complex customer problems through critical thinking and attention to detail - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceed expectations - Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment by demonstrating dedication and motivation to provide outstanding service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work independently and manage time effectively to meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality service


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to research and troubleshoot customer issues effectively - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Motivation to contribute to a meaningful mission and align work with a greater purpose - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
