Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work flexibility. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, or chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team for resolution. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on their experience with our services. 5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Use persuasion and strategic planning skills to retain customers and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. 7. Passion for helping others and a positive attitude. 8. Demonstrated persuasion and strategic planning skills. 9. Ability to build strong connections with customers and colleagues.
