Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work


Job Description:


Henry Schein is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in London, England, UK. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails. - Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolution. - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong decision-making abilities and creativity in problem-solving. - Energetic personality with a passion for helping others. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent.
