Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Associate at Norfolk Southern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed


Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
