Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Navistar International is seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a remote basis in London, England, UK. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, coach, and mentor customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in decision-making and project management soft skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
