Job Description:
Toys “R” Us is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England as a remote worker on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs. 5. Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a strong focus on customer retention. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. 7. Utilize strategic planning and time management skills to optimize customer service processes and workflows. 8. Drive a culture of resilience and motivation within the team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team of customer service professionals and achieving customer satisfaction goals. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. 4. Resilient and driven personality traits, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Proficiency in strategic planning and time management to drive operational excellence. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
