Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


KKR is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team on a remote basis in London, England. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement measures - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and prepare reports on customer service performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Passionate and motivated individual with a customer-centric mindset - Adaptability and negotiation skills are a plus
