Job Description:
Health Net is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work based in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management and be able to work at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure top-notch customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Train and onboard new customer service representatives to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns. 4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and resolve customer complaints. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations to recognize top performers and address any areas needing improvement. 8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service management to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Presentation skills. 7. Motivated and energetic personality. 8. Flexibility to work remotely.
