Job Description:
CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure a timely resolution. 5. Coordinate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Train new employees on customer service best practices. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve customer service operations. 8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure team morale and performance remain high. 9. Utilize project management skills to implement process improvements and streamline workflows. 10. Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions to customer service challenges.
Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality to lead a team effectively and inspire them to achieve their best. 2. Strong project management skills to drive process improvements and ensure efficiency. 3. Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to customer service challenges. 4. At least 8 years of experience in customer service management. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
