Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Flexport, a leading global logistics company, is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in London, England but will be remote work, providing flexibility for the right candidate.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to streamline processes and provide a seamless customer experience. 6. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve performance. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 7. Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
