Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Las Vegas Sands is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work remotely from London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, detail-oriented, and possess strong critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer experience. 5. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service efficiency. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
