Arise is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our remote team in London, England. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote work setting. This role requires a high level of independence and dedication to delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure consistent service delivery - Meet and exceed performance goals set by management - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills and a cooperative attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
