Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Service Officer to join our remote team at Procter & Gamble in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level employee with 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to address customer needs - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
