Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Penske Automotive Group is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to work remotely from London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide excellent customer service. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the company. 8. Proactively seek opportunities to upsell products or services to customers.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong adaptability and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Prior experience in a remote customer service role is preferred. 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
