As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of customer service experience and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, and payment processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 7.
