Job Description:
Navient is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of customer service experience and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, and payment processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Educate customers on our products and services to enhance their overall experience. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 7. Persuasion and innovation skills to address complex customer issues. 8.
