Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Centene is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in London, England. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Research and investigate customer concerns to provide accurate and timely solutions. 3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communication. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold service standards and compliance regulations. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 7. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Associate-level degree or equivalent experience. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment. 6. Cooperation and teamwork skills. 7. Research skills to effectively address customer inquiries. 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
