Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and needs. 6. Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Experience with presentation software is a plus.
