Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


General Mills is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely from London, England, UK. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, adaptable, and possess strong people management and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 6. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
