Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Morgan Stanley is looking for a motivated and independent Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote-based, providing customer support to clients in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate information about products and services to clients. - Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback.
