Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
The ideal candidate will be independent and hardworking, with strong decision-making and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
