Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


NetApp is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team based in London, England, UK. This is a remote work position at the Associate level, requiring 4 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, independent, have strong people management skills, and possess leadership qualities.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and continuously improve customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong people management skills and leadership qualities. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 6. Flexibility to work remotely and accommodate different time zones. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
