Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in London, England, UK. As an Associate-level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication - Assist clients with any questions or issues they may have, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research to stay current on industry trends and best practices - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on company products or services - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth


Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Experience conducting research and staying informed on industry trends - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
