Job Description:
United Continental Holdings is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, phone, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Assist with sales and marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Adaptability and creativity to handle various customer situations and challenges
