Job Description:
Collibra, a leading data intelligence company, is seeking a talented and driven Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in London, England, UK. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing excellent service and support.
Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption and usage of Collibra's products. 3. Provide personalized support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes. 4. Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for growth and upsell. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive satisfaction. 6. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 7. Track and report on customer metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive improvements. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer satisfaction. 6. Innovative mindset and willingness to embrace change. 7. Experience with data intelligence or SaaS products is a plus.
