Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nordstrom is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a remote work position that offers part-time hours and is ideal for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Nordstrom products and services - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support and guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty - Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide regular reporting and updates to management on customer success metrics and KPIs

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and expectations with customers - Independent and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve results - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Experience working with CRM systems and customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
