Job Description:
Calpine is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. Based in London, England, the Customer Success Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing customers - Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively address any potential issues or roadblocks - Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and solve customer concerns - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Calpine's product offerings and industry trends - Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights - Contribute to the creation of customer success resources and materials - Meet individual and team KPIs related to customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools - Resourcefulness and a can-do attitude
