Job Description:
Baxter International is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England. This position will be remote work and will require the candidate to have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, resilient, and possess excellent cooperation and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to effectively resolve any issues or concerns - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving their experience - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer success strategies and initiatives - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and industry trends
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus - Must be based in London, England
