Job Description:
As a Customer Success Representative at LKQ, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them with any inquiries, issues, or feedback they may have. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey with LKQ.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and concerns - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with other departments such as sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing success - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
