Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Nextdoor is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote-based, with the opportunity to work from anywhere in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to Nextdoor users, addressing their inquiries and concerns through various channels including email, chat, and phone - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Nextdoor's platform - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional services to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve Nextdoor's product and services


Requirements: - Motivated and reliable individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficient with technology and software tools commonly used in customer support roles
