SoFi is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, the Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. 3. Research and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns. 5. Educate customers on products and services offered by SoFi. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally. 3. Excellent research skills to find solutions and provide accurate information to customers. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. 6. Visa sponsorship required. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings or events. 8. Valid driver's license for company transportation.
