Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Citigroup is currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in London, UK. This position is part-time and a great opportunity for individuals who are energetic, confident, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service remotely. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer support process - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements - Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite - Cooperate with team members and demonstrate strategic planning skills - Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
