Job Description:
Square is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level customer support associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on problem-solving. 3. Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Meet or exceed individual and team goals for response times and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with clients. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent research skills and the ability to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
