Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service 2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures 4. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer support team 5. Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience 7. Monitor key performance metrics and provide reports to senior management 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Adaptable and energetic personality traits 4. Negotiation and adaptability soft skills 5. Ability to work independently and in a team setting 6. Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office suite 7. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus
