Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Progressive is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England on a part-time remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, including recruiting, training, and performance management - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct research on industry best practices and implement innovative customer support strategies - Oversee the resolution of technical issues and coordinate with the technical support team as needed - Foster a positive working environment that encourages team collaboration and professional development


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a remote team environment - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
