Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Citigroup is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This position is remote and part-time, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives and ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Supervise and train a team of remote customer support representatives - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for customer support processes - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency - Work closely with other departments to identify and address customer support issues - Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
