Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team at CarMax. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and support for our company. This is a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly - Lead customer support initiatives to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the customer support team - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to work independently and drive results - Strong research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must be driven and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations
