Job Description:
As a Customer Support Officer for TravelCenters of America, you will be responsible for providing remote customer support to travelers in London, England. In this part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel needs. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for all travelers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information on services, amenities, and promotions offered at TravelCenters of America locations. 3. Assist customers with booking reservations, processing payments, and accessing loyalty program benefits. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. 7. Meet or exceed established customer satisfaction and performance goals. 8. Utilize innovative approaches to enhance the overall customer support experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 3. Proficient in using technology and software systems for remote communication. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Driven personality with a resourceful attitude towards problem-solving. 6. Strong presentation skills and the ability to adapt communication style to various customer needs. 7. Innovative mindset to identify and implement new approaches to customer support. 8. Must be located in London, England and have the flexibility to work remotely. 9. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
