Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis located in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, with strong time management skills and a creative mindset.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner 3. Identify and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution 4. Educate customers on company products, services, and promotions 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Experience working in a remote customer support role is a plus
